Apply to Vend at WRFM
for the 2026 Season

We are accepting new vendors for the 2026 season. Please note we are producer only. We accept farmers and food producers that grow, raise, or hand-make their products. If you have questions email us at info@westreadingfarmersmarket.com

Applications are specific to what you propose to sell at the farmers market. Please complete the application which best fits your product.

If you sell both produce and meat you will need to fill out both applications.

Grower Application - for produce: fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, and fresh cut flowers

Meat and Poultry Application - for all meats and poultry offerings, including eggs

Fish and Seafood Application - all fish and seafood items

Dairy Application - for all dairy related products

Baked Goods Application - all baked goods, breads and sweets

Value Added / Prepared Foods Application - all prepared foods

Alcohol Application - any PA beer, wine, or spirits

Concession Application - all food trucks

Craft / Art Application - hand-made goods can be sold on Second Sundays at market. Please note this application is for the 2026 season. All 2025 Second Sundays are booked.
