What does this mean?

Every producer you find at WRFM is a small scale farmer (of produce, livestock, or dairy) or food business located within 50 miles of West Reading. Each item is grown, raised, or hand-made by the producer, with a few approved exceptions. All value added food producers agree to source their ingredients locally, whenever possible.
